It's getting chilly in Houston, so now is the perfect time to hone your gumbo skills. Join Chef Lucas McKinney of Hay Merchant as we learn to make a roux, cook your rice, and dice veggies. This class includes all the ingredients to make enough gumbo for four, featuring some house made & smoked meats.
