This is Alfonso. We call him Fonzi. He’s our Kitchen Manager and a die-hard Houstonian (how could one not be?). Fonzi has been with our family since Underbelly days — so if you’re recognizing some of those good old Underbelly flavors in our lunch and dinner specials, that’s probably Fonzi just working his usual magic. He’s been in the industry since he was just 16, and many of the years since were spent with us! That sure does make us feel special and even more-so, lucky!
