This is Lucas. Lucas is our sous chef and TV Dinner & Industry Night extraordinaire. Lucas has worked for some industry rockstars, like Vishwesh Bhatt of Snackbar, and moved here right before Underbelly closed. After four days of staging in the city, he knew Houston was the place for him. After some good time learning from the team at our neighbor Georgia James, Lucas moved over here to our side (our side has cookies and Vinegar Pie - can you blame him?).
