Meet Stew. Stew’s our General Manager and everything-around-the-restaurant dude. He’s been working in restaurants since the age of 17. In fact, he started out as a food guy — Stew studied culinary arts for a few years before realizing that front of house hospitality was his passion. He even learned from the hospitality pioneers, aka the people of the will-never-be-as-cool-as-Texas state of Hawaii. After years of learning and studying the industry (and beer), Stew joined our team and very quickly became the GM. It’s been almost 7 years now!
