Food Menu

We take as much pride in our food as we do in our beers. Chef/owner Chris Shepherd puts his twist on classic bar food--PB&J Wings, chicken fried steak, tacos made with half a pig head (you read that right).  Even our burger, the Cease and Desist, has made national news. Everything is made from scratch.

Fried chicken tossed in a sweet Gochujang sauce, served with chips.

Chili Dog

44 Farms jalapeno cheddar dog topped with beef chili, onions, jalapenos and cheese. Served with chips.

Hot Mortadella & Capocollo Sandwich

Mortadella, Capocollo, Swiss cheese, American cheese, lettuce, pickle and mustard on marble rye. Served with chips. 

Cha Ca Style Catfish

Dill, turmeric and yogurt-marinated catfish, served with rice noodle, greens, cabbage, pickled red onions. roasted peanuts and nuoc mam. 

Half a Pig Head

A roasted pig head split down the middle, served with tortillas, lettuce cups, kimchi salsa and pickled vegetables. (Yes, this is an actual 8-10 pound pig head.) Serves 4-6 people. This will take up to 45 minutes. 

Giant Chicken Fried Steak

Same as the original, just a lot bigger. A massive chicken fried steak served with cream gravy, mashed potatoes and three biscuits. Serves 3-4 people.

Half-Size Chicken Fried Steak

Served with cream gravy, mashed potatoes and biscuits. Serves 1-2 people.

Pecan-smoked pork from Black Hills and processed here.  We pull the pork after hours of smoking and add crispy potatoes, onions, green chiles with fried eggs on top. Served with fresh corn tortillas.
